RETURN POLICY

 

We completely understand that you need some time to take a good look at your new fashion treasure. Therefore you have 14 days to think about whether you want to keep the item or not. Not happy with your purchase? Returning an item is really easy! Simply add a filled out return form to your package and send it to our return address. Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (in case of exchange) or full refund (excluding original shipping costs). Please note that in both cases we are also unable to refund the shipping costs made for the return shipment.

EXCHANGE

 

If you would like to exchange an item, just send the item you would like to exchange to our return address and include a filled out return form with your package. If you mention the new desired item on the return form, we will make sure the exchange will be processed as soon as possible.

  • Please send the item you would like to exchange in the original packing and shipping box to our return address;
  • Once we have received your return, we will send the new item free of charge to you;
  • We can only exchange items if they are unworn and undamaged.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

 

All returned items should be declared as a “Returns and Repairs of Dutch Merchandise” on the customs declaration; returned packages that don’t have this mention on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and may incur additional fees.

INCORRECT ORDERS

 

Every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. You can always return or exchange delivered items within 14 days. Should you wish to talk to us about a mistake that has been made, you are always welcome to send us an e-mail at info@pinnedbyk.com and we will look into it. Please include your order reference at all times when e-mailing customer services.
