Which courier will deliver my order?

All orders are delivered via DHL.

How long does delivery take?

We strive to ship your package the same day you order before 4:00 PM on weekdays! You'll always receive an email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Please note: Due to high demand, the delivery time of orders is 2-3 working days.

How can I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code. Here you can check the shipment's status and (if possible) provide the delivery driver with further instructions regarding your delivery.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs for both mail and parcels are:

Within the Netherlands €6.99 (FREE for orders above €100)
> Belgium €7.99
> Germany €8.99
> To other European countries €19.99
> To non-European countries €49.99

I'm missing an item or received the wrong item, what now?

Unfortunately, something may have gone wrong while processing your order. We do our utmost to prevent this, and if it does happen, we'll provide a suitable solution. If you're not satisfied with your item, you can always return it within 14 days. Would you rather talk to us first before returning it? Returns:
At Pinned by K you always have the option to return your order (with proof of purchase and return form) within 14 days after invoice date.

You can return the package in different ways:
- Free returns in one of our boutiques.
- Send to our head office at your own expense

The amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days after receipt of the return.
