Warranty

We do our utmost to deliver your order in perfect condition. However, it can happen that an item gets damaged during transport. It's also possible that something else happened to your item that's covered by the warranty. You are legally obligated to report any damage to items to us within one month of discovering the damage. If the damage is covered by the warranty, we will, of course, repair or replace the item free of charge.


Complaints

All our products are made with great love and care. Unfortunately, production errors can sometimes occur. If this is the case, please email the following information to our partner company, Label For Brands, at webshop@pinnedbyk.com :

– A photo of the complaint;
– Brief description of the damage or defect;
– The order number.

We will work together to find a suitable solution within 24 hours.

As of February 15, 2016, customers within Europe can file a complaint via the ODR platform introduced by the European Commission. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr .

If your complaint has not yet been handled elsewhere, you can also submit your complaint via this platform.
