How do I return (part of) my order?

Step 1

1. Sign up

Select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred return method within 14 days of receiving your order.

Step 2

2. Packing

Pack your items. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label. Write the barcode clearly visible on the package.

Step 3

3. Send

Take your package to a post office within 3 working days of registering it.

Step 4

4. Refund

Once our distribution center receives your return, you'll receive a refund or an updated Klarna invoice within 14 business days. The return shipping costs will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Can I return sale items?

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned to us.

How many days do I have to return my order?

You have the right to cancel and return your order within our 14-day return period. During this period, you can evaluate and try on your purchase.

International returns

All items you wish to return must be declared as "Returns and Repairs of Dutch Merchandise" to customs. If this is not indicated on the package you are returning, your return may not reach us and you may be charged additional customs fees.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

Unfortunately, mistakes do occasionally happen. We do our utmost to prevent this, and if it does happen, we'll provide a suitable solution. If you're not satisfied with your item, you can always return it within 14 days. Would you prefer to talk to us first before returning it? Just send an email to webshop@pinnedbyk.com and we'll be happy to help.

Always mention your order number when you email customer service.

What are the return conditions?

The items you wish to return must be unworn and include all tags still attached. The item must not show any signs of wear or other stains.

For hygiene reasons, jewelry and face masks can only be returned if the packaging has not been opened.

Bikinis may only be returned if the hygiene strip has not been removed.

Please note! If an item does not meet our return policy, you unfortunately cannot return it. Our returns process uses various checks to determine whether a returned item meets the requirements. If your return does not meet the requirements, we cannot process it and cannot issue a refund.

How long does it take to process returns and refunds?

Once our distribution center has received your return, the amount will be refunded to your account within 10 working days.
