CRM specialist at PiNNED by K
As a CRM specialist, you'll manage PiNNED by K's entire CRM network and be responsible for all associated platforms within our company. For example, you'll maintain both the consumer webshop and the B2B webshop, ensuring that the information and products listed there are always accurate and up-to-date. Accurate and systematic work is therefore your passion. Our primary system is Exact Online; this is where we handle our accounting, maintain our customer database, and so on.
Because we work with Exact Online, our platforms can be used anywhere in the world, and you'll be responsible for managing everything "backend" daily. This includes (telephone) customer service and contact with clients like Bol.com. Customer focus, planning, and organization are in your blood. This is evident in a current similar position, where you're ready for the next step, and we'd love to welcome you to our team!
Job Requirements:
- You are available full-time
- You have at least an MBO diploma
– You have one to two years of experience with CRM systems
– You have a passion for fashion
- You like to work in a dynamic environment with a lot of responsibility
- You are very accurate and work in a structured manner
- You have a perfect command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
