Customer service representative at PiNNED by K
As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for customer service across all channels. This includes Facebook chat, Instagram chat, website chat, WhatsApp, email, and, of course, phone. We're looking for someone who is naturally friendly and skilled at communicating with a variety of people. Familiarity with the aforementioned platforms and strong communication skills are also essential. Our customer service representative also maintains a clear overview and excels at planning and organizing. You'll also be flexible enough to perform other tasks as needed, such as creating schedules, printing orders, and other light secretarial duties.
In short, are you a strong communicator, can you maintain a clear overview, are you naturally friendly, and do you get energized by serving our customers as effectively as possible every day? Then we're looking for you!
Job Requirements:
- You are available full-time
- You have at least an MBO diploma
– You have a passion for fashion
- You are customer-oriented and have strong communication skills
- You like to work in a dynamic environment
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, English is a plus
