Full-time Logistics Team Leader | Head Office
Are you commercially driven and do you strive for the best results? Aren't you afraid to make decisions? To expand our production team, we're looking for a Team Leader for our head office in Schijndel.
What are we looking for?
- You will be responsible for the daily management of the Logistics Employees and ensure that various processes within our company run smoothly.
- You inspire, coach and work constructively on the development of our colleagues
- You ensure a good atmosphere and mutual cooperation in our production team
- You ensure that the processes are ready for growth and you take your team with you in this.
You're a sparring partner for management when it comes to improvement processes. Think, for example, about the next steps towards growth.
- You identify disruptions in the operational process and resolve them, if necessary in collaboration with our process team.
- You monitor the continuity, quality, efficiency and productivity of the process and assess whether it meets the set production standards.
- You have and take the freedom to make your mark on the logistics process
Job Requirements:
- Flexibility is no problem for you
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and are decisive
- You have excellent knowledge of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
