Shop-in-Shop Manager at PiNNED by K
As Shop-in-Shop Manager, you'll be responsible for new customer requests and ensure we only collaborate with partners who are a good fit for PiNNED by K. You'll oversee perfect planning and route planning, and ensure all shop-in-shop partners receive optimal service and the correct items. This includes arranging order shipments and keeping our partners informed. You'll also contribute to the Sales and Finance teams as needed. You'll also manage the PiNNED by K shop-in-shop database, ensuring it's always accurate and up-to-date. This naturally requires the necessary attention and care from you as Shop-in-Shop Manager.
The Shop-in-Shop Manager role also involves a significant amount of communication. If our shop-in-shop customers have questions, you'll be their daily point of contact by phone, email, and WhatsApp. You'll also collaborate with our partners to select the right products that align with their target audience and PiNNED by K's. Finally, you'll be responsible for after-sales and ensure we maintain weekly contact with our partners.
Job Requirements:
- You are available full-time
- You have at least an MBO diploma in commercial economics, retail or another similar field
– You have two to three years of experience in a commercial position, preferably in the fashion industry.
- You are customer-oriented and commercially oriented
- You have a helicopter view and are able to maintain an overview
– You can plan like the best
- You are very accurate and work in a structured manner
- You are proactive and seize opportunities and challenges
– You don't mind being on the road a lot; you visit the nicest shops in the Netherlands every day
