Will I receive my confirmation email?

The confirmation email may be sent later. Nine times out of ten, your order has been received. If you haven't received a confirmation after four hours, please check your spam folder or check your order in your account under "Orders." If you don't see an order there, or if you want to confirm that it went through correctly, please contact our customer service.

How can I return my order?

We completely understand that you need some time to properly inspect your new purchase. That's why you have fourteen days to decide whether or not you want to keep your purchases. Not happy with your purchase? Feel free to return your package, along with a completed returns form, to our returns address. View our returns policy here.

How long does it take to process returns and refunds?

Once our distribution center receives your return, you'll receive a refund or an adjusted Klarna invoice within 14 business days! The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

Unfortunately, mistakes do occasionally happen. We do our utmost to prevent this, and if it does happen, we'll provide a suitable solution. If you're not satisfied with your item, you can always return it within 14 days. Would you rather talk to us first before returning it? Then send an email to klachten@pinnedbyk.com and we'll be happy to help!
